1. Do you ship jewelry to Singapore and the United States?

Yes. We provide worldwide delivery, including shipping to Singapore, the United States, and other major countries and regions.

All international orders are shipped via SF Express International, and a tracking number will be provided after dispatch so you can follow the delivery status of your order.

2. Are there any additional taxes or fees when shipping to Singapore?

The listed product price includes cross-border handling fees, standard shipping fees, and general applicable charges, so additional payment is usually not required.

However, if Singapore Customs imposes specific import duties, customs clearance charges, or other fees under local regulations, we will inform you and assist with the process.

Any final charges will be subject to the assessment of the relevant local customs authority.

3. How can I verify the authenticity and quality of the jewelry?

Depending on the jewelry type and the information stated on the individual product page, eligible pieces may be accompanied by certificates or professional gemological reports issued by internationally recognized laboratories such as GIA.

Before purchase, our jewelry consultants can also provide detailed information regarding the gemstone, quality grade, cut, setting craftsmanship, and applicable certification, giving you clear and verifiable information about each piece.

4. What payment methods are available for customers in Singapore and the United States?

We currently accept international payments through PayPal.

Customers may pay using their PayPal balance or supported credit and debit cards available through the PayPal checkout page.

Payments may be processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Singapore Dollars (SGD). Available payment methods and applicable exchange rates are subject to the information displayed by PayPal at checkout.

5. What if the ring size is incorrect or I need after-sales service overseas?

We provide comprehensive international after-sales support.

  • Ring Size Confirmation & Adjustment: We assist with ring size confirmation before shipment and provide one complimentary ring resizing service. The possible adjustment range depends on the design and construction of the individual ring.
  • One-Year Repair Warranty: Within one year of purchase, damage confirmed upon inspection to be caused by non-human factors—such as loose settings or missing accent stones—may be repaired under the applicable warranty.
  • Lifetime Cleaning & Basic Maintenance: Complimentary cleaning and basic maintenance services are available for the lifetime of the jewelry. Replacement stones, replacement components, or specialized repair work may incur additional charges following assessment.
